PURPOSE: A system and a method for processing cash withdraw by using an auto teller machine and a program recording medium therefor are provided to realize a safe business transaction during a financial service using an auto teller machine by a mobile phone. CONSTITUTION: An auto teller machine(105) transmits withdrawal amount information and a customer wireless terminal information. The auto teller machine requests cash withdrawal approval. A financial server(110) transmits cash withdrawal related information. If an authentication number is received, the financial server approves cash withdrawal.
