APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR GENERATING VIBRATION

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating vibration are provided to increase an amount of vibration without the increase of the weight and the size using a dummy vibrator. CONSTITUTION: A main vibrator(11) generates vibration. A dummy vibrator(12) generates the vibration by the resonance with the main vibrator. A controller(13) controls a driving current supplied to the main vibrator. A vibration transmitting unit(14) transmits the vibration of the main vibrator to the dummy vibrator. The main vibrator is one of a linear vibrator and a rotary vibrator. A resonant frequency of the dummy vibrator is equal to the resonant frequency of the main vibrator.
