PURPOSE: A power connection apparatus is provided to change the rotation speed of an electric fan by connecting an electric fan plug without remodeling the electric fan. CONSTITUTION: A power connection apparatus(200) includes a power input/output unit and a circuit(230). The circuit changes output power according to time. The circuit repeats power supply and power cutoff according to the change of time. The power connection apparatus is used by being inserted into an electric fan plug.
