PURPOSE: An air conditioning cold/hot water supplying system with a heat pump is provided to minimize the efficiency of an air conditioner, provisionally using cold water or hot water stored in a heat storage tank for the condensation and the evaporation of refrigerant. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning cold/hot water supplying system(100) with a heat pump comprises an air heat-exchanging indoor and outdoor heat-exchanger(B,C,D,H), a condenser, and an evaporator. The indoor and outdoor heat-exchanger is integrated at the indoor unit. The condenser and the evaporator form series and parallel circuits. The air condenser and the evaporator are applied on a hall in a restaurant. The water condenser and the evaporator are applied on a factory office, a shower zone, and a kitchen and produce the hot and cold water. A floor heating fan coil unit uses the warm water and cold water in the heat storage tank and heats up the inside of a house.
