PURPOSE: A medical needle hanging device is provided, which can inject drug solution into the injection site while discharging blood forcibly. CONSTITUTION: A medical needle hanging device comprises a needle(130) having a hollow pipe shape; a penetration hole(110a) which is formed in a long queue along the rotation center axis line; and a rotating member(110) which is equipped with a plurality of penetration channels(110b) communicating the needle and penetration hole combined with each slit. The liquid flowed in the penetration hole of the rotating member flows in the inner side of the needle through the communication channel.
