摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# The assembly (1) has a low frequency resonator (2) and a high frequency resonator (3) including square inertial masses associated to balance springs (5, 7), respectively, where the inertial masses are constituted by respective balances (4, 6). A balance spring (8) is arranged between the inertial masses for coupling the resonators. The spring (8) has two windings (20, 21) that are arranged in series and are mounted on both sides of an intermediate bridge (13). The resonators are arranged coaxially inside a timepiece. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# High and low frequency resonator assembly for a timepiece i.e. watch. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The resonator assembly improves the resistance of the low frequency resonator to interference. The balance spring is arranged between the inertial masses for coupling the high and low frequency resonators such that one of the resonators oscillates at a low frequency and the other at a higher frequency so as to make the stable resonator assembly oscillating at the low frequency. The high frequency resonator coupled to the low frequency resonator is controlled by an existing escapement without increasing the number of escape wheel teeth and with a known level of security provided by the escapement. The assembly improves the performance of the low frequency resonator with a frequency ranging from 2 to 6 Hertz, if the low frequency resonator is coupled to the high frequency resonator with a frequency of 10 Hertz. The high frequency resonator compensates any heat variation and/or isochronism defect of the low frequency resonator.
