The device i.e. mobile advertising display (2), has a geolocation electronic case (1) for sending altitude and latitude type geographic localization information to a computer for identifying a position of the device in real time. A protecting system protects the device against deterioration and vandalism, and a database stores geographic positions for realizing link on path and exposition parameters of the device.
