The present invention relates to a method for identifying at least one microorganism in a sample, comprising the following steps: a) providing a sample; b) isolating nucleic acids present in the sample; c) bringing the isolated nucleic acids in contact with at least one probe, which binds to the 16S rRNA and/or 18S rNA gene of the nucleic acid of the at least one microorganism to be identified and is selected from the group consisting of the nucleic acid sequences SEQ ID no. 1 to 831, or the reverse-complementary sequences thereof, wherein the at least one probe is immobilized on a solid carrier; d) detecting a bond of the isolated nucleic acid with the at least one probe, and e) identifying a microorganism in the sample by correlating the detected bond of the isolated nucleic acids with the immobilized probes using the microorganisms listed in table A.
|
