<p>12-Substituted steroids. Novel cpds. of formula (where Y, Y1 and Y2 are hydroxy or acyloxy; Y3 is H and Y1 and Y3 together are oxo(O=); Z is a single or double bond; when Z is double bond, Y is H and the 4 (5) bond is satd.). A pref. cpds. is 11 beta, 12 alpha, 17 alpha-trihydroxy-progesterone 12alpha-acetate. They have progestational and corticoid activity.</p> |
