<p>Chain saw comprising an endless cutting chain (5) fitted rotatably on a drive pinion and on a chain guide (6) equipped with a guiding rail, a motor for driving (8) said cutting chain, by means of said pinion, a storage tank (11) for a lubrication liquid, and a pump (13) for impelling the lubrication liquid towards the chain guide/cutting chain assembly (5-6), from the storage tank (10), characterised in that said pump (13) is coupled to an electric drive motor (13a) which is independent of the cutting chain (5) drive motor (8).</p> |
