PURPOSE: A method for preparing multiferroic perovskite oxide which forms BFO compound having high insulation property is provided. CONSTITUTION: A multiferroic perovskite oxide contains at least two multiferroic perovskite oxide material and metal. The multiferroic is PZT. The metal is iron. The mixture solution of the material and metal is multiferroic material. The mixture solution is generated by mixing BFO, PZT and metal powder and dissolving the mixture in solvent. |
