<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump capable of surely opening and closing a valve element (especially keeping a closed state) and maintaining a high pump efficiency state for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The pump 1 includes a housing 2 of which the inside is divided into a pump chamber 21, a suction chamber 23, a discharge chamber 24, a first valve element storage chamber 22a, and a second valve element storage chamber 22b, and which has a first suction passage 25 providing communication between a suction chamber 23 and a first valve element storage chamber 22a and a first discharge passage 27 providing communication between the pump chamber 21 and the second valve element storage chamber 22a; a first valve element 3a stored in the first valve element storage chamber 22a; and a second valve element 3b stored in the second valve element storage chamber 22b. The first valve element 3a deforms in such a manner that an outer circumference 32 thereof can open and close the first suction passage 25 in a state that the first valve element 3a is press-bonded on an inner surface of the first valve element storage chamber 22a, and the second valve element deforms in such a manner that an outer circumference 32 thereof can open and close the first discharge passage 27 in a state that the second valve element is press-bonded on an inner surface of the second valve element storage chamber 22b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
