WET DISPERSION OR GRINDING METHOD, AND WET DISPERSER USED FOR THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which microgranulates a solid particle using a unit for dispersing/grinding a material to be processed (a mill base) and a dispersion medium (beads) inside a vessel, and can make the dispersion time short.

SOLUTION: A rotor 4 for stirring the material to be processed and the dispersion medium is provided inside the vessel 2. In addition, the vessel 2 is equipped with a medium separation mechanism for separating the dispersion medium and the material to be processed from each other and allowing passage of only the material to be processed. Further, between the medium separation mechanism and an outlet for the material to be processed, an ultrasonic oscillator oriented toward the medium separation mechanism is arranged. The circumferential velocity of the rotor 4 is 1 to 20 m/sec, preferably 12 to 15 m/sec.
