<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform anonymous services for playing back highly fine video contents in real time and the like. <P>SOLUTION: When a request of connection to a communication terminal device 20P of a service provider is made by a communication terminal device 20U of a service user, ASP equipment 30 uses telephone numbers allocated to communication terminals 20U and 20P to establish a session with the communication terminal device 20U and a session with communication terminal 20P. Then, transfer instructions to transfer a signal transmitted by one of the communication terminals 20U and 20P to the other are given to an SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) server 41 of an NGN (Next Generation Network) network 40 to be a bandwidth guarantee type. By performing a third-party call control, the anonymous services are provided.
