<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a review at the time of restarting an electronic book by a simple operation, when restarting a browsing interrupted content. <P>SOLUTION: A restart display control means 1a displays the review by advancing automatically a content of the electronic book, over from a going-back portion going back by a prescribed range from an interruption portion up to the interruption portion, based on interruption portion information stored in an interruption portion storage means 1c, by a display means 1b. The display means 1b displays the content of the electronic book, based on content information stored in a content information storage means 1d. The interruption portion storage means 1c stores the interruption portion information indicating the interruption portion that is an interrupted portion, when the display of the electronic book is interrupted.
