<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain both dynamic creation of a customized Web page and maintaining of maintenance property. <P>SOLUTION: This Web page creation system includes a customization tool 100; a component management part 101; a user definition file management part 102; a file management part 103 for managing a standard definition file 109; and a Web page creation engine 104. The customization tool 100 takes out a component to be included in a series of processing called a template in conformation to a user from the component management part 101, and creates a user definition file. The Web page creation engine 104 merges the user definition file and the standard definition file, and dynamically provides a Web page in HTML format.
