PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device for enabling the driver of a vehicle to visually and easily recognize various information, and for drastically reducing labors and costs to be spent on an installation work or a power source work or the like without imposing any labor on the driver of the vehicle in terms of costs. SOLUTION: This information display device is configured of: a display means 20 installed on a road for performing at least light emission for calling a vehicle driver's attention; and a control means 30 for controlling the display means 20. The control means 30 is provided with: an information reception part 31 for receiving a signal related with various information transmitted from the outside; and a display control part 33 for making a display means 20 emit the rays of light according to different configurations which can be visually discriminated from normal configurations based on the signal received form the information reception part 31.
