PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer roll for an electrophotographic apparatus which can suppress an image failure due to unevenness in power resistance and can achieve high durability. SOLUTION: A transfer roll 10 includes at least: a shaft body 12; a foaming layer 14 which is formed on an outer circumference of the shaft body 12; an electrode layer 16 which is formed on the outer circumference of the electrode layer 14; a resistance adjusting layer 18 which is formed on the outer circumference of the electrode layer 16 and is composed of a tube body. The foaming layer 14, the electrode layer 16 and the resistance adjustment layer 18 are all provided with rubber elasticity. The volume resistivity in the electrode layer 16 is made to be the volume resistivity of the foaming layer 14 or less.
