PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new variable winning device which is novel in terms of design in addition to dynamic fun. SOLUTION: The variable winning device 12 includes a ball receiving frame body 17 on the front surface of an attaching plate 16 and a movable member 18 turnably provided on the attaching plate 16, and operates the movable member 18 to a raised state and a tilted state by the driving power of an electric drive source 20 or the passing of a game ball. The movable member 18 includes a turning body 25 provided with a shaft 23 orthogonally pivoted to the attaching plate 16 and a shaft part 24 provided in parallel with the shaft 23, and a swing body 26 freely swingably provided on the shaft part 24. The turning body 25 has a regulation part 27 for regulating the swing body 26 so as to swing only in a prescribed direction. In the raised state of the movable member 18, the swing body 26 is pivoted freely swingably in the prescribed direction. In the tilted state of the movable member 18, the swing body 26 is locked to the regulation part 27 of the turning body 25 and the game ball is received by the swing body 26 and guided to the ball receiving frame body 17.
