PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal apparatus, such as a mobile phone, which uses functions equivalent to those of a plurality of mobile phones selectively only by a single set by operating a touch panel. SOLUTION: Each operation mode is associated with each personal identification number code and registered to a storage part 21 and trajectory information tc is associated with each personal identification number code and registered to a storage part. When it is determined whether trajectory information tb generated by a trajectory information generation part 22 matches respective pieces of trajectory information tc and the trajectory information tb matches any one of the respective pieces of trajectory information tc, an operation mode corresponding to the personal identification number code which corresponds to matched trajectory information tc is selected and set, one mobile phone 1 can use functions equivalent to those of the plurality of mobile phones.
