PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling an information provider to specify a location for providing information, and a terminal device and a date and time for distributing a content, without installing a special device such as an information distribution station. SOLUTION: When a mobile phone 3 transmits a distribution request message including the position information of the own machine and an ID to a content distribution server 2 (S13), the content distribution server 2 retrieves a content in which: the position information included in the distribution request message is adapted to the geographical information of distribution conditions; the ID of the mobile phone 3 is adapted to the group information of the distribution conditions; and the received date and time of the distribution request message is adapted to the date and time information of the distribution conditions (S14), and transmits the retrieved content to the mobile phone 3 (S16b).
