PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve production efficiency and to reduce costs. SOLUTION: In a thread delivery ring mechanism in a filament winding apparatus, a thread delivery device 3 which delivers a fiber bundle R from a mandrel M2 after winding to a mandrel M1 before winding is provided, the thread delivery device is composed of an object including thread delivery rings 31 and 32 which deliver the fiber bundle from the mandrel after winding to the mandrel before winding, wherein the thread delivery ring has a front thread delivery ring which contacts the shaft direction end of the mandrel after winding and a rear thread delivery ring for the mandrel before winding which is installed at a winding position next. After the fiber bundle is wound onto the rear thread delivery ring, the fiber bundle is cut between the front thread delivery ring and the rear thread delivery ring, and a cutter intrusion groove 37 is formed between the front thread delivery ring and the rear thread delivery ring.
