<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support unit for a micro fluid system, manufacturable easily, and not restricting the number of processes or the amount of reaction or analysis. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The support unit includes a first support 2 which is a plate made of an organic material or a plate made of a metal, a first adhesive layer 1a provided on the surface of the first support 2, and hollow filaments 501-508 laid with an optional shape on the surface of the first adhesive layer 1a, and functioning as a channel layer of the micro fluid system.
