PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the utility value of a remaining material after cutting a reinforcement. SOLUTION: The reinforcement processing device includes a control device issuing a first step operation command for performing the fixed amount of feeding movement of the rear end of the reinforcement from a first reinforcement feeding device 26 by a second reinforcement feeding device 27, and a reinforcement movement amount measuring mechanism based on the passage detection of the rear end of the reinforcement by a rear end detection mechanism; a second step operation command for abutting the rear end of the reinforcement against a stopper; a third step operation command for performing a pull-back operation while the movement amount of the reinforcement is measured by the reinforcement moving amount measuring mechanism with the stopper in nonoperating state, and for stopping the pull-back operation when a position moved from the rear end of the reinforcement to the head end side of the reinforcement by the length set by a reinforcement remaining material length setting means comes to a reinforcement cutting device 28; a fourth step operation command for cutting the reinforcement into the length set for the remaining material by the operation of the reinforcement cutting device 28; and a fifth step operation command for supplying the reinforcement cut into the length set for the remaining material to a reinforcement remaining material discharging part 29 with a second driving state successively continued.
