The present invention provides a partly open-bottomed container comprising: a side body which has a certain height and defines the inner volume of the container; a bottom body which is connected to the side body and forms the container bottom; a throughhole having a smaller size than the total area of the container bottom and formed to penetrate the bottom body in order to communicate between the inside and outside of the container; and a bottom cap which has a larger size than the throughhole so as to detachably cover the bottom inside the container. The partly open-bottomed container according to the present invention can hold liquid or solid materials using the bottom cap to block the throughhole of the bottom. Also, when fragile or viscous solid or liquid materials are formed by cooling or heating the contents of the container, the formed solid or liquid materials can be easily taken out with the bottom cap through the opening without any damage.
