IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device smoothly performing a data transfer from a cache memory to a main memory.

SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: an imaging part 21 which produces a bit map image according to an imaging processing based on an imaging command; a cache memory 22 which stores the bit map image produced by the imaging part; an extraction part which extracts division areas M12, M14 containing an object among a plurality of division areas M11 to M14 provided by dividing the bit map image stored in the cache memory by using positional information of the object included in the imaging command; and a transfer part which transfers the division areas containing the object extracted on the cache memory to the main memory 4 which permits communication with outer devices.
