<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater capable of achieving high heat exchange while adopting a secondary heat exchanger with a compact configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The water heater is provided with the secondary heat exchanger 30 located within an exhaust part 6. A heat receiving pipe of the secondary heat exchanger 30 has a plurality of crossing parts 31a crossing within the exhaust part 6 and a bent flow passage formed by interconnecting the crossing parts 31a extended in the depth direction of the exhaust part 6 by turnup parts 31b. Out of the plurality of crossing parts 31a constituting the heat receiving pipe, the positions of the forward crossing parts 31a flowing hot water toward the back side and the positions of the crossing parts 31a located on the lower sides adjacent to the forward crossing parts 31a and flowing hot water toward the front side are shifted from each other horizontally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
