PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce decoding errors of a control signal. SOLUTION: A base station 12 transmits the control signal including the same piece of control information to a mobile station 14 via each of a current control channel (ANCH(1)) and a new control channel (ANCH(2))to which a radio channel which is different from the current control channel is assigned (S116). The mobile station 14 acquires the control information from either of a control signal to be transmitted from the base station 12 via the current control channel (ANCH(1)) or a control signal to be transmitted from the base station 12 via the new control channel (ANCH(2)).
