<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a vehicle which can improve a corresponding property between an object and a visual mark while taking measures against double images. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This display device 1 has a camera 11 for vehicle outside and vehicle outside information processing part 22, a camera 7 for a driver and a driver visual line detecting part 21, an HUD display 26 and an LCD 4, and a light source 3. The HUD display 26 and LCD 4 and the light source 3 generate virtual image display to form design by a display image generation part 24 when double image display is made due to an effect that the driver looks at a front obstacle by focusing the front obstacle, and display the virtual image display overlapped on the front obstacle or surround the front obstacle by an image display position control part 25.
