<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate and provide electronic comic data for distribution, with which an electronic comic is directed matching the contents of the comic, through simple processings. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An electronic comic server 10 has a DB stored with vibration object character information, wherein object characters for which vibration effects are set are registered; recognizes whether each of characters entered into each frame of each page that the electronic comic data represent is an object character for which the vibration effects are set by reference to the vibration object character information; generates vibration effect information, wherein the vibration start information representing a start of the vibration effects is made to associate with respective frames, into which characters for which the vibration effects are set are entered, generates the electronic comic data for distribution for distributing the generated vibration effect information to a user terminal, made to correspond to the electronic comic data, and stores the generated electronic comic data for distribution in an electronic comic DB 12 for distribution.
