<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a user at a simultaneous transmission of mails by forming a hierarchical mailing list in which mail addresses included in a mailing list are hierarchically classified in accordance with the contents of reply mails to the mails simultaneously transmitted by using the mailing list. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 100 includes a storing part 160 for storing the plurality of mail addresses as destination addresses, a variable mailing list part 170 for forming the hierarchical mailing list in which the mail addresses included in the mailing list are classified into layers in accordance with the contents of the reply mails to the mails transmitted by using the mailing list including the plurality of mail addresses to store the hierarchical mailing list in the storing part, and a control part 180 which controls to select any of the layers of the hierarchical mailing list and transmit a mail having a mail address included in the selected layer as an address.
