<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate mounting of an IC card reader set with an identification ID of an attaching-objective vending machine, when delivered, in the vending machine settled by the IC card reader. Ž<P>SOLUTION: (1) Installation place information of the vending machine and the ID of the vending machine are transmitted to a cashless server 60, from a client machine 50 to the cashless server 60. (2) A worker inputs the installation place information of the vending machine into a cellular phone 70, via a registration application, (3) to be transmitted to the vending machine. (4) The vending machine 10 transmits the installation place information and an IP address of a communication terminal, to the cashless server 60. (5) The cashless server 60 specifies the ID of the vending machine to be imparted to the vending machine, based on the installation place information, and transmits the ID of the vending machine, a negative data and the like, to the vending machine 10 side.
