<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow instantaneous lead-in, to improve resistance against a plurality of impulsive noises each having a large time length, and to ensure further stable data communication, in a large-scale system equipped with a master unit, a repeater and slave units. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This multiplex transmission device multiplexes and transmits data. The multiplex transmission device has a multiplex separation processing part 73 separating data from a reception signal. The multiplex separation processing part 73 includes an A/D-GSW executing gain adjustment to received multiplex signals of all channels on a time axis, and a TIMGSW 96 executing gain adjustment to signals on a frequency axis of individual channels converted from the multiplex signals of all the channels on the time axis.
