<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise the structures of reinforcing ribs and the structure of a sidewall so as to sufficiently raise strength and rigidity by widely reinforcing the sidewall when the sidewall is reinforced with the use of the integrally molded ribs in a synthetic resin washing tank for a dishwasher. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The synthetic resin washing tub for the dishwasher is the tub where the reinforcing ribs are integrally arranged while projecting on the outer surface. The reinforcing ribs are the hollow ribs and the inner surface side thickness of each hollow rib is equal to the thickness of the sidewall of the washing tub. The horizontal reinforcing ribs are provided at an upper end part, a vertically center part, and a middle part between the center part and the upper end on the sidewall.
