<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant can make returning geothermal water to be blown out from a production well for geothermal power generation to the underground as reusable hot water. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a separator 2 separating the geothermal water blown out from the production well 1 to hot water and steam, a flasher 3 evaporating part of hot water fed from the separator 2, a generator 8 generating power by a steam turbine 4 driven by steam fed from the separator 2 and the flasher 3, a condenser 10 to which low-temperature low-pressure steam is fed from the steam turbine 4, and a cooling tower 11 supplying cooling water to the condenser 10. The condenser 10 includes a heat exchanger 10a exchanging heat between the steam fed from the steam turbine 4 and the cooling water fed from the cooling tower 11, and condensed water W which is water converted from steam by the heat exchanger 10a is fed to a seal pit 16 is returned to the underground through the production well 18, and can be reused as geothermal water.
