<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the release heat generated by a transformer to a heat sink through a bracket. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A bracket 12 surrounding a transformer core 14 mounted to a heat sink 13 is provided with a holding part 12a that is formed on the transformer core 14 to be able to adhere thereto and a heat transmitting part 12b that is extended to the heat sink 13 side from both ends of the holding part 12a. The lower end (fixed part 12c) of each heat transmitting part 12b is fixed to a connecting member 16 sliding in a through-hole 17 formed in the heat sink 13. Moreover, free ends of a leaf spring 19 are fixed to the connecting member 16. Furthermore, the central part of the leaf spring 19 is fixed to the opposite surface 13b of the heat sink 13 to form a base end. The transformer core 14 is sandwiched between the holding part 12a of the bracket 12 urged to the heat sink 13 side by the leaf spring 19 and the mounting surface 13a of the heat sink 13 to be fixed.
