Provided is a near-infrared spectrometer that uses fluorophores. The problem is to observe information inside a sample using light, without bringing optical fibers or electronic circuits into contact with the sample. As the solution means, small, lightweight fluorophores are brought into contact with the sample and fluorescence intensity is measured at a distance.
