The device has three beams made from plastic material that is softer than coatings of cylindrical objects. Holes and cams are formed at respect ends of the beams for connecting the beams with one another, and girders are provided for supporting the objects. Wedges comprise a supporting steel structure that is provided for receiving forces from the girders and transmitting the forces to steel teeth. The steel teeth are formed in the beams and connected with one another by a bolt connection.
