<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clearly hear audio of a hearing object even when an actual audio reproduction environment is noisy. <P>SOLUTION: This noise reduction audio reproducing device includes a noise cancel processing system which generates a noise canceling audio signal from an audio signal of noise obtained by collecting sound by a first audio-electric conversion means for collecting noise, and reproduces the noise canceling audio signal by an electric-audio conversion means as audio to acoustically synthesize it with the noise. An audio emphasis means 42 emphasizes an audio component of a hearing object within an audio signal collected by a second audio-electric conversion means. A control means 44 controls the audio signal obtained by emphasizing the audio component of the hearing object from the audio emphasis means 42 to be supplied to a synthesis means 16 only in a zone based on a control signal, and synthesized with the noise canceling audio signal.
