<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a rising part for attaching a water feeder to the rear part of a counter, to attach a piping cover for covering piping between the counter and the water feeder so as not to expose it without using a screw, and to attach and detach it easily without damages. <P>SOLUTION: A piping housing recessed part 8 for housing the piping 4 in which at least upper part and back part are opened on the back part of the piping cover 7 is provided, and the vertical length of the piping cover 7 is formed longer than a distance up to the lower surface part of the cover of the counter 2 and the water feeder 3. The piping cover 7 is formed in such a shape that the rear end is vertical in the side face view and it is inclined to the front as approaching the front end upper part. The piping cover 7 is arranged along a wall 1 between the counter 2 and the water feeder 3 and a part along the wall 1 of the piping 4 is housed in the piping housing recessed part 8.
