<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device capable of supporting a fan unit inside a housing with improved rigidity while suppressing cost increase. <P>SOLUTION: The inverter device has a fan unit 34 with a plurality of fans 35 to 38 mounted therein. The unit is stored inside the housing in such configuration as capable of drawing towards an opening open to the front side of the housing 30. The front side of the fan unit is fitted to a front cover 31 for closing the opening.
