摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated structure of members having coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) different from one another. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated composite structure having a gradient coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) is formed by selecting a plurality of layers made of materials having gradient CTEs and by employing a joining method such as welding, brazing or solid-state bonding.
