PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information management system capable of enabling an operator of a medical apparatus to accurately and efficiently perform inspection and treatment.

SOLUTION: The medical information management system includes: an input device 24 for inputting patient information of a target patient; a patient-reservation information/medical apparatus identification information selection part 45 capable of specifying identification information inherent in an medical apparatus 13B from attribute information for typing the medical apparatus 13 included in reservation information corresponding to the patient information through an interface part 44; and an MWM information transmission part 49 for transmitting MWM information including the patient information and the reservation information to the medical apparatus 13B corresponding to the specified identification information.
