<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely engage wall parts with each other not to disengaging them without requiring winding of a tape and the like for preventing an article from jumping out after storing the article such as a band body. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of thick circumferential walls 3 are connected with a thin and flexible double wall 4 in parallel, the respective circumferential walls 3 are separated by slits 5, an article insertion space 2 is formed which is enclosed by the double wall and respective circumferential walls, a protrusion 8 with a head part is arranged for one of wall part 6 of the double wall in an inclined manner, a bendable external part 1 having a structure arranged with a hole part 9 with a wide part 9b for inserting the head part and a narrow part 9a for engaging a protruding piece 8a continuing the head part is adopted for another wall part 7 of the double wall. A hinge part 13 composed of a soft resin connects respective wall parts 10-12 composed of a hard resin forming the circumferential wall 3 with each other and/or the circumferential wall 3 and the double wall 4 mutually.
