PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem: a part which can not be printed with transparent toner arises if a part printed by a certain image forming apparatus is wider than a printing area with the transparent toner to be printed by another image forming apparatus. SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus includes: a means for inputting image data; a means for holding equipment information of the image forming apparatus; a means for selecting a second image forming apparatus; a means for acquiring the equipment information of the second image forming apparatus; a job setting means for setting image forming processing by the image forming apparatus; a job control means for controlling image forming processing by the image forming apparatus; and a job information transmitting means for transmitting setting or the execution result of the image forming processing to the second image forming apparatus.
