<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent trouble caused by casting light on windows and doors of houses in the vicinity of a parking lot when parking a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a present position detection means 2, an azimuth detection means 3, a storage means 4 for storing a map data base, a recognition means 1a for recognizing house information around the parking lot, a determination means 1b for determining a positional relation between vehicle headlight lighting range and the surrounding houses based on the house information around the parking lot recognized by the recognition means 1a and a vehicle azimuth detected by the azimuth detection means 3 when a vehicle present position detected by the present position detection means 2 is around the parking lot, and a control means 1c for controlling illuminance of the vehicle headlight according to the determination result by the determining means 1b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
