PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inductance element which suppresses the reduction of resonance frequency of an impedance and the band narrowing of a frequency band. SOLUTION: A core assembly is formed so that not only a toroidal magnetic core 2 is housed in an insulating case 3 in which an insulating partition portion 6 and a winding partition portion 7 are provided on an inner periphery and an insulating protruding portion 30 communicating with the insulating partition portion 6 is provided, but also a lid 4 is fitted which has an insulating protruding portion 40 in which a fitting portion 6a to which at least a part of the end portion of the insulating partition portion 6 fits is provided in an upper face, wherein the core assembly has a semi-annular winding portion 8 constituted by division with an insulating partition portion 6 and a plate-like winding partition portion 7 which divides the inner periphery side of the winding portion 8 into three. An inductance element 1a is wound around the semi-annular winding portion 8 of the core assembly through the winding partition portion 7 using a conductor 5 so that a pair of coils is formed with the insulating partition portion 6 as an axis of symmetry when viewed from front.
