PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant disease controlling composition which has a plurality of spectra of diseases against various plant disease bacteria and exhibits an excellent controlling effect (a synergistic controlling effect) unpredictable from a single component. SOLUTION: The plant disease controlling composition comprises at least one quinoline compound represented by formula (I) (wherein R1and R2are each an alkyl which may be substituted, an aryl which may be substituted or the like; R3and R4are each H, an alkyl which may be substituted or the like; X is a halogen, an alkyl which may be substituted or the like; Y is a halogen, an alkyl or the like; n is 0-4; and m is 0-6) or a salt thereof (group a) and one or more antibacterial compounds (group b) selected from the group consisting of a strobilurin based compound, a triazole based compound and the like as active ingredients.
