<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grip attachment structure for a wheelchair, by which a grip is neither rotated nor comes off. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A compression fastening part 20 is arranged at the rear end inside the grip 14. The head 25A of a bolt 25 whose shaft part 25B is inserted into the inner cavity 21 of the pressure expanding part 20, is seated on a seat surface 18 arranged at the rear end 14B of the grip 14. A nut 26 with a flange screwed onto the bolt 25 is seated in the front end surface 20A of the compression fastening part 20. When the bolt 25 is fastened in a state where the compression expanding part 20 is inserted to a handle pipe 7, the compression expanding part 20 is elastically deformed, expanded in a radial direction, and pressure-fitted to the inner wall of the handle pipe 7.
