<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein, although a conventional tape measure can indicate how much cm (and mm) the abdominal circumference is, it cannot tell, just by looking, to which obesity level the abdominal circumference approximately corresponds. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This health care assist measure is provided with an abdominal circumference corresponding display 4 corresponding to a range of a desired abdominal circumference at one side or the both sides of a belt body 2, corresponding to a distance from a measurement base point 3, wherein the abdominal circumference corresponding display 4 consists of graduations 5 corresponding to the abdominal circumference, an appropriate number of abdominal circumference level display sections 7 formed by dividing graduation zones 6 corresponding to abdominal circumference levels, and abdominal circumference level display marks 8 displayed in the abdominal level display sections 7.
